Youth Outreach

Youth Outreach Workers assist youth 13-24 to access services that can be of support to any aspect of their lives. Street Outreach Workers spend their time connecting with street-involved or vulnerable youth who are not yet connected to 360ᵒkids programs and other social and community services across the Region. The goal is to build relationships and refer them to services to meet their needs.

Additionally, you can find our Youth Street Outreach Worker every Monday from 3 pm-7 pm at the Maple Community Centre in Vaughan.

For more information on our Youth Street Outreach Program,  please call 647-299-4861.
