Empowering Youth Through Leadership and Voice
Our Youth Council is more than just a space for participation—it’s a platform for leadership, collaboration, and real impact. We work alongside young people as partners, recognizing their voices, identities, and lived experiences as essential to shaping the work we do. Through leadership opportunities, community projects, and partnerships with youth-led organizations, we’re committed to building meaningful, lasting relationships with youth in our community.
Our Purpose
The Youth Council exists to ensure young people have a seat at the table in shaping the decisions, programs, and policies that affect them. Members provide insights, lead initiatives, and co-create solutions that reflect the real needs and aspirations of youth.
Why It Matters
The Youth Council strengthens our organization by ensuring youth perspectives are centered in everything we do. It also provides young people with the chance to build leadership skills, connect with mentors, and grow as changemakers in their communities.
