Strategy Can Help
Youth Success Strategy (YSS) is an employment program supporting youth who are work-ready but need that last bit of assistance “to cross over the finish line” of being successfully employed.
YSS supports are available both virtual and in-person, serving youth and community partners across York Region.
YSS provides tailored programming either through one-time workshops or individualized services, depending on the client’s needs and goals.
YSS will guide clients through the job search process, while building their resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, and ultimately getting the job!
