YSS Employment Counselling assists youth in reaching their employment goals who either:
- Do not require the support of a formal program
- Do not meet the eligibility criteria of our formal programs
Servicing youth at 360°kids support sites across York Region, the YSS Employment Counsellor will guide youth through the job search process, while building their resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, and ultimately getting the job!
With the YSS program, 360°kids is supporting youth who are work ready but need that last bit of assistance to cross over the finish line of being successfully employed.
