Providing Support and Shelter for Homeless Youth in York Region

At 360°kids, we are dedicated to addressing the immediate shelter needs of homeless youth in York Region.  If you see a homeless youth or are experiencing homelessness and urgently require shelter, please contact:

They will refer you to the nearest available emergency housing centre in York Region, which could be 360°kids Connections, if beds are available.

 

Other Housing Program Details

Our website features a variety of housing supports tailored to youth in York Region. Programs such as Nightstop offer additional support, providing a community-based housing alternative to keep youth in their main community and out of shelters. Additionally, we provide a range of housing programs, including emergency, transitional, and residential homes, alongside specialized support for survivors of human trafficking. Our dedicated housing workers are ready to meet with youth throughout the region to offer guidance in finding and maintaining safe and suitable housing.

Our Transitional Support worker, can help guide you, or a youth, to the correct program or service needed.  We are a safe space that incorporates all communities including trans, gender nonconforming individuals and 2SLGBTQ+.  Here is a list of a few other programs, you can visit the sites below and learn more:
